✅ We are "Individual Homestay Host", guests please DON'T return the access card, door key and car device (if any) to the Lobby A, Concierge Counter, otherwise you will be FINED by the Building Management.

【DUAL KEY CONCEPT】
✅ 2 Separate Rooms = each room has its own equipment, bed and bathroom
✅ Common area = shared the main entrance.

✅ RM100 each will be charged for any exceed of the number of guest allowed.

【CHECK OUT TIME】

✅ Late Check-Out Fee: RM50/hour

【NON SMOKING PROPERTY】
✅ Strictly no smoking, RM3,000 cleaning fee will be charged if found smoke smell in the room.

【NO PARTY & NO NOISE】
✅ If you do not comply, your reservation will be cancelled and payment will not be refunded.

【DAMAGE, LOST OF KEY/ ACCESS CARD / PARKING DEVICE】
✅ Guests are to compensate the host:
(i) Door Key: RM50
(ii) Access Card: RM150
(iii) Parking Device : RM150

⚠️ Not to throw anything down the toilet. Sanitary pads must be wrapped in plastic bags and disposed off in the trash.

⚠️ Not to leave garbage outside your room or corridor, otherwise you will be FINED by the Building Management.

⚠️ Guests who do not follow the house rules will be asked to vacate the property IMMEDIATELY and payment made will not be refunded.
